Chantelle Kuukua Eghan, the proud mother of Ghanaian toddler Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah, is overjoyed by her son’s exceptional artistic talent. At just one year and 152 days old, Ace-Liam has been officially recognized as the world’s youngest male painter by Guinness World Records (GWR).

Eghan, an artist herself for eight years, discovered her son’s talent when he was only six months old. She noticed his fascination with colors and his ability to combine them harmoniously. To nurture his talent, she set up a studio for him, where he can freely express himself through art.

Ace-Liam’s artistry is characterized by vibrant, dynamic abstract images created with acrylic paint. His mother describes his work as “intrigued by discovering things.” His first masterpiece, aptly named “The Crawl,” was born out of a moment of ingenuity when Eghan needed to keep him occupied while working on a commissioned piece.

To qualify for the GWR record, Ace-Liam’s work was exhibited at the Museum of Science and Technology in Accra, Ghana, from December to January. He sold nine out of ten pieces on display and even received a commission from the First Lady of Ghana, Rebecca Akufo-Addo.

This young prodigy has sold 15 paintings so far and is set to host an auction soon. His mother hopes he will follow in the footsteps of renowned Ghanaian artist Amaoko Boafo and international artists like Jackson Pollock and Damian Hirst.

Eghan’s ultimate goal is to secure an international scholarship for Ace-Liam to continue developing his artistic talent. She encourages parents to nurture their children’s talents from an early age, just as she has done with her son.

With his own studio set up by his devoted mother, Ace-Liam is ready to create his next masterpiece. The art world, watch out for this talented toddler!
